As Sumitomo Rubber AKO, we have decided to open our internship program for the period from July 10 to August 18, 2023.

Students whose internship extends beyond August 18 can remain at our factory until the completion of their internship. The important requirement is to start the internship on July 10.

We also look forward to seeing students from Gazi University at our factory during this period and contributing to their professional development.

Departments:

For Associate Degree (Önlisans): Mechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Design (Technical Draftsmanship), Electrical and Electronics Technologies

For Bachelor's Degree (Lisans): Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration

Educational Level: Associate degree 2^nd-year students, Bachelor’s degree 3^rd and 4^th-year students

2023 Internship Quota: 20 Associate degree students, 20 Bachelor’s degree students → One of the bachelor’s students person can doing the internship at our Istanbul office (Logistics, International Trade department) and another person can do the internship at our Ankara office (Industrial Engineering).

GPA: Minimum 2.75 and above overall GPA

Residence:  Çankırı, Akyurt, Ankara (Priority will be given to the areas of Sincan, Batıkent, Eryaman, and Etimesgut.)

Insurance: Mandatory internship insurance must be provided by the school.

Payment: Legal payments as specified by the laws are covered by our company.

Evaluation: Priority will be given to applicants with a high GPA and those who will not have issues with transportation to the factory (students close to the service route).

Response: All applications will receive a positive or negative response between June 1 and June 9.
