The "Talent Gate" platform for the career development of our students and graduates.

The Presidential Human Resources Office has launched the Talent Gate career platform (yetenekkapisi.org).

Through the Talent Gate platform:

Students and Graduates can create profiles and upload their resumes to provide employers with direct information about themselves. They can explore career fairs/events announced by career centers and/or employers, and apply for related trainings. They can review employer profiles and the career opportunities offered, access job/internship postings more effectively through the system, and apply for these positions. Additionally, they can schedule appointments with career consultants at career centers and communicate with universities and employers.

By creating a company profile, employers can provide information about their firms and the career opportunities available to students. They can directly announce job/internship postings to students/graduates, receive applications, and provide feedback through the system. They can participate in career events organized by universities and also promote their own planned events and trainings to reach students/graduates. Employers can communicate directly with university career centers and students/graduates.

Career Centers can monitor their students' career statuses, facilitate communication between students and employers, and understand the expectations and demands of firms. They can announce career events or trainings organized by different university departments or employers to ensure student participation. They can plan career counseling services through the system, track counseling requests, and monitor the counseling process. When they want to reach students and graduates, they can identify their target audience and communicate collectively or individually.
