**Applications for the Republic of Turkey Presidency of Strategy and Budget Summer 2019 Introduction Program Have Begun**

Applications for the Summer 2019 Introduction Program, organized to introduce the duties and functions of the Strategy and Budget Presidency and provide information about its activities, will be accepted from April 1 to April 30, 2019. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

Application Method and Requirements

A maximum of 100 participants will be accepted for the Introduction Program each term, and selection will be based on academic performance (starting from the highest GPA).

Applicants for the Strategy and Budget Presidency Introduction Program must be either 3rd or 4th-year students at a recognized 4-year higher education institution in the preferred fields for the Strategy and Budget Presidency Expert Assistant recruitment, or at an equivalent institution abroad. They can also be graduates of a 4-year program in these fields or master's degree students with a cumulative GPA of 3 out of 4 or 75 out of 100. If the quota is not filled, applications from candidates with a GPA below 3 or those who are 2nd-year students may also be considered.

For those who wish to apply in person or by mail, the Application Form must be obtained from the Strategy and Budget Presidency website, filled out, and submitted along with the original or certified copy of your transcript. This can be delivered in person to the document unit (ground floor) of the Strategy and Budget Presidency or sent by mail to the following address:

Successful applicants will be announced on the Strategy and Budget Presidency website.

Individuals accepted into the Introduction Program who do not begin the program may not apply a second time.

Those found to have made false declarations in the application form or other documents will be banned from participating in the Program. Additionally, their universities will be informed in writing of this situation. Records regarding these individuals will be kept in the Presidency’s archives, and if they apply for jobs at the Strategy and Budget Presidency in the future, these records will be considered during the evaluation process. Legal action will be taken against those whose actions constitute a crime.

The Summer Introduction Program is expected to start on the first Monday of July. The finalized schedule will be announced on our website later. The program will run for three days, from 13:30 to 17:30, starting on Monday.

Participants who complete the Introduction Program will receive a "Certificate of Participation" issued by the General Directorate of Management Services. Continuous attendance is essential to qualify for this certificate; if a participant does not attend more than one day of the program, they will not receive the certificate.
