Applications for the 2019 Winter Promotion Program of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, Strategy and Budget Office have begun.
Applications for the Strategy and Budget Office's 2019 Winter Promotion Program, organized to introduce the duties and functions of the office and to provide information about ongoing work, will be accepted from November 16 to November 30, 2019. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Application Process and Requirements
A maximum of 100 participants will be accepted for each promotion program, and candidates will be ranked based on their GPA (starting from the highest).
To participate in the Strategy and Budget Office Promotion Program, applicants must be:
Third or fourth-year students in preferred departments for the Strategy and Budget Expert Assistant recruitment from four-year higher education institutions or equivalent institutions abroad.
Graduates of four-year higher education institutions in the same departments or master's students.
Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3 out of 4 or 75 out of 100. If the quota is not filled, applications from candidates with a GPA below 3 or 2nd-year students may be considered.

For those applying in person or by mail: The application form, which can be obtained from the Strategy and Budget Office's website, must be filled out and submitted along with the original or certified copy of your transcript. These documents must be delivered personally to the document unit (ground floor) of the Strategy and Budget Office or sent by mail to the following address: Strategy and Budget Office / Document Registration Unit, Ground Floor, Necatibey Cad. 110/A, Yücetepe, ANKARA. Those whose applications are accepted will be announced on the Strategy and Budget Office's website.
Individuals who have been accepted into the Promotion Program but do not start may not apply a second time.
Applicants found to have made false statements in the application form or other documents will be disqualified from the Program. Additionally, their universities will be notified in writing about this situation. Records regarding these individuals will be kept in the Office's archives, and their applications will be evaluated with consideration of these records if they apply for a job at the Strategy and Budget Office in the future. Criminal prosecution will be initiated against those whose actions constitute a crime.
Terms and Application Dates
Program Terms - (Application Start - End)
Summer Term - April 1 - April 30
Winter Term - November 16 - November 30
The Summer Term starts on the first Monday of July, while the Winter Term begins on the first Monday of February.
The Promotion Program consists of a total of two terms, conducted for three days each term, starting on Mondays from 13:30 to 17:30.
Participants who complete the Promotion Program will receive a "Promotion Program Participation Certificate" issued by the General Directorate of Administrative Services. Continuity of participation is essential to be eligible for this certificate. No certificate will be issued if the participant attends for more than one day.
Obligations
Participants in the Promotion Program at the Strategy and Budget Office must comply with the duties and obligations stipulated in Law No. 657 on State Civil Servants. Otherwise, the student's participation in the program will be terminated, and this situation will be reported to the relevant university.
