What is ''Compass''?

''Compass'' is a program designed to reduce the concerns of young university graduates about their future and serve as a bridge between academic life and professional life.

Organized under the Rönesans Education Foundation and serving as a social responsibility project that provides job opportunities within Rönesans, Compass started in May 2016. The first edition concluded in November 2016 with 100 young people starting their jobs after applications, evaluations, and interviews. The program, which will be held for the sixth time this year, aims to increase the employment of young participants within Rönesans each year.

''Compass'' is a program for young people who have just completed their education and are asking themselves, "Now that we have graduated, what’s next?" It places them in positions appropriate to their fields of study, serving as a compass for their future careers.

What is the Purpose of ''Compass''?

Rönesans aims to support young individuals taking their first steps in the professional world with its managerial, educational, and guiding sustainability principles.

With a goal of sustainable growth, Rönesans intends for the Compass program to help young people enhance their professional skills and workplace competencies before they start their careers, while also adopting a professional work culture.

The issue of “work experience,” which is often the biggest challenge for new graduates seeking employment, is not a problem for those applying to the Compass program.
