What is a Yetenek?
ASELSAN Talent Program’s aim is to help young talents develop their professional skills and competencies approximately for 8 months before they start their careers, while also getting acquainted with their professional careers and learn about our corporate culture through the whole ASELSAN experience. Those who successfully complete the program will be provided with the opportunity to work as an Engineer/Associate Specialist at ASELSAN.
Who can apply for the program?
Applying to our program is open to young individuals who satisfy our employment standards and are in their last year of undergraduate studies at domestic universities in the fields of engineering, science-literature, and economic and administrative sciences.

Applying Process
Talent Program selection and placement process will take place from August to October 2024, and the dates of the stages of the process:
Stage 1: Application Period Start – August 2024
Stage 2: General Ability Test – September 2024
Stage 3: Competency Assessment Application – September 2024
Stage 4: Technical Committee Interviews – September-October 2024
Stage 5: Start of the (a Yetenek) Talent Program – November 2024
Stage 6: Talent Day – November 2024
