Turkey's premier airline company, Turkish Airlines, is looking for young talents who want to start their careers in the right place! The Take-Off 101 Program offers third and fourth-year undergraduate students the opportunity to work part-time with a global airline company.

Application Requirements:

• Must be a Turkish citizen or holder of a Blue Card
• Born on or after January 01.01.1998
• Must be a third or fourth-year student at a minimum four-year university
• Must be expected to graduate in 2025
• Must have a minimum GPA of 65 (on a 100-point scale) or 2.50 (on a 4-point scale) and be able to provide documentation
• Must be able to work a minimum of 2 full days per week and up to 30 hours per week at offices in Istanbul
• Must not have a criminal record or criminal archive record
• Must have a good command of English (an English test will be administered during the process)

Application and Evaluation Process:

• Applications will be accepted through kariyer.net until 10.03. 2024.
• The evaluation process includes online general aptitude and English tests, a video interview, a brainstorming session, a personality inventory, and a panel interview. Additional assessment steps may be implemented if needed.
• Candidates with mandatory internships will be able to complete their internships in the department where they are working during the part-time employment period.
• The eligibility of uploaded documents will be checked during the evaluation process, and candidates who meet the above criteria will be able to continue in the process. Therefore, to document the requirements, you must upload the following current documents in PDF format via the E-Government system:

  • Criminal Record and Criminal Record Archive Certificate (Select “Official” in the “Criminal Record Inquiry” screen)
