Now It Goes Through Rota a Yetenek!

Our program, Rota a-Yetenek, which aims to help young talents develop their skills and experience the business world with the support of mentors during the period when they start to get to know their academic fields better, is starting.

Who can participate in the program?

Students who have completed the first semester of their 3^rd year in undergraduate programs and are advancing to the second semester, and who will be able to progress to the 4^th year after the summer term, can apply to our program. This applies to students in the Electrical-Electronics Engineering and Computer Engineering departments.

Privileges Offered by Rota a-Yetenek Program:

• Helping 3^rd -year university students develop their professional competencies while continuing their education.
• Allowing young talents to get to know the ASELSAN culture from the 3^rd year.
• Opportunity to be included in the a Yetenek and a Gelecek Programs.
• Mentoring support.
• Opportunity to experience corporate life at ASELSAN with at least one day of physical participation per week.
• Payment equivalent to half of the minimum wage.

Application Stages

Candidates who meet ASELSAN's recruitment criteria will be included in our process. The Rota a-Yetenek Program selection and placement process will continue between December and February, and the stages are generally as follows:

1. Stage: General Aptitude Test – January 2024

2. Stage: Competency Assessment Application – January 2024

3. Stage: Technical Committee Interviews – January/February 2024

4. Stage: Program Start – February 2024
