TEV – SINGA offers a fully funded PhD scholarship in Singapore, with the application deadline on December 31, 2020. This provides an opportunity to pursue a PhD at one of the top 11 universities in the world. 

Final-year university students can also apply; having a master's degree is not a requirement. Additionally, those who have completed or are currently pursuing a master's degree can also apply.
