We are looking for open-minded, idealistic, and visionary team members who are focused on generating innovative and creative ideas in line with our national economic and financial strategies. These individuals will be assigned to various units within our office.

We expect applications from final-year students or graduates of relevant university programs in economics, finance, statistics, computer science, and software engineering, who are interested in pursuing a career in finance and financial technologies.

Preferred Criteria:

• Open to research and willing to participate in projects with specific timelines.
• Possesses analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Eager for development, with experience, interest, and skills in researching and reporting resource information.
• Maintains a GPA of at least 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Proficient in English.
• Able to efficiently use Microsoft Office programs.
• Has no reservations or obstacles regarding long working hours.
• Capable of balancing office work and academic studies.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Special Preferred Criteria:

• Programming experience or knowledge (Office Macro, R, Stata, Java, MATLAB, SPSS, Gauss, etc.).
• Proficiency in a second language at least at the B1/B2 level, preferably Arabic or Chinese.
• Interest in participation finance and financial technologies, especially for candidates from engineering backgrounds, and a desire to develop careers in these areas.

Evaluation Process:

• After collecting all applications, a preliminary assessment will be conducted based on the criteria listed above. Suitable candidates will be invited for an interview.
• Following the interviews, a final evaluation will be conducted, and candidates will be notified of the final results.
