Job Announcement for Mechanical Technician

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS 

Our company, located in Ostim, Ankara, specializes in the production of vehicle registration plates compliant with the Highway Traffic Regulation. We are looking for a male "Mechanical Technician" to work in our production facility, possessing the qualifications listed below and willing to fulfill the related job description.

• Preferably a graduate of universities in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Mechatronics (associate degree).
• Experience in the aluminum or metal processing industries, or a willingness to work in this area.
• Possess analytical thinking skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, strong interpersonal skills, and high motivation.
• Results-oriented and a team player.
• Able to adapt to changing conditions and open to development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and capable of reporting.
• Completed military service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring that production processes are carried out in compliance with quality, efficiency, occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Leading problem-solving and root cause analysis efforts, implementing improvement actions, and addressing any potential non-conformities.
• Planning tasks for the production units, tracking produced and dispatched products, and informing the sales department about order deadlines.
• Conducting short- and medium-term workload, workforce, and capacity assessments in the production area to create daily and weekly work plans.
• Supporting analyses and reporting to ensure that production is conducted with quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and minimal cost.
• Ensuring that the production area is clean, organized, and orderly.
• Intervening in quality, malfunction, or other deviations that may affect the production plan.
