Ronesans Holding, Pusula Young Discovery Program

"Pusula" is a program designed to reduce the concerns of young graduates from university undergraduate programs about their future, serving as a bridge between education and the workforce.

Launched in May 2016 under the Ronesans Education Foundation, "Pusula" is a social responsibility project that provides job opportunities within Ronesans. The first edition concluded in November 2016, when 100 young people began their jobs after applications, evaluations, and interviews. The second edition followed the same timeline, successfully placing 120 young individuals in jobs throughout 2017.

"Pusula" is developed for recent graduates who are seeking answers to the question, "Now that we've graduated, what’s next?" It matches young participants with roles relevant to their fields of study, preparing them to navigate their futures effectively.

Ronesans aims to support young people in taking their first steps into the workforce through sustainable management, educational, and guiding principles.

Targeting sustainable growth, the Pusula Program is designed not only to help young individuals enhance their professional qualifications and workplace competencies before entering the job market, but also to foster an understanding of work culture as they embark on their careers.

The issue of "work experience," which is often the biggest challenge for new graduates seeking jobs, is not a barrier for young applicants of the Pusula Program.

"Pusula" serves as a lasting solution for young people looking to gain work experience and enhance their resumes with Ronesans, guiding their career paths.

The application deadline for the Pusula Program is set for August 31, 2020. For detailed information about the program and to access the application portal, please refer to the link below.
