The application process for"İlk Fırsat" Program, which is the first social investment of Esas Sosyal founded by Şevket Sabancı and his family, has begun!

"İlk Fırsat" Program operates with the mission of providing equal opportunities for young people transitioning to their first jobs. It offers 12 months of full-time, paid work experience at leading organizations in Turkey.

Through the "İlk Fırsat"  Academy, each participant receives over 250 hours of training in 21st-century skills, English, and MS Office programs. Young people in the program also benefit from mentorship support, interview events, and conversations with community leaders, fully preparing them for the workforce.
