At the end of your internship period, you are required to submit the IBAN application form (as per the sample provided in the attachment, including the unit where the internship was conducted, your own IBAN number, and contact information, and signed with a wet signature) and the Internship Tracking Schedule (signed with a wet signature by the internship supervisor) to the Directorate of the Career Planning, Application, and Research Center at Gazi University.
