The Presidency of Defence Industries of the Republic of Türkiye (SSB) is carrying out comprehensive initiatives aimed at identifying, expanding, and ensuring the sustainability of human resource competencies required to develop products and systems that will reinforce our country’s technological superiority. As one of the most critical outcomes of these efforts, the 'National Competency Move' Project was approved and launched during the Defence Industry Executive Committee (SSİK) meeting held on August 6, 2024. Within the scope of this project, the 'Career and Competency Meetings' online live stream event, which has reached over 69,000 viewers in its first two programs, offers early-career opportunities along with career-oriented sessions aligned with the talent management model, inspiring talks, expert speakers, and surprise rewards like technical visits in order to support students' employability. The third edition of the 'Career and Competency Meetings' will be broadcasted on March 11, 2026, between 09:30 and 16:00 at https://yetkinlikbulusmalari.ssa.gov.tr and the website is currently active for viewer registration.
