Within the scope of the National Competence Initiative, which we launched for university students and realized with your valuable support, our CAPCULE+ program has achieved significant participation: 455 young people from 91 different universities and 50 different departments participated in the CAPCULE+ Part 1 program; 500 young people from 60 different universities and 40 different departments participated in the CAPCULE+ Part 2 program; and 470 young people from 53 different universities and 47 different departments participated in the CAPCULE+ Part 3 program. Empowered by this immense interest, which instills pride in our defense industry and hope for our future, our CAPCULE+ Part 4 program will be held on April 14, 2026.

Hosted at the Presidential National Library, our program has so far featured pioneering projects such as the TAI KAAN National Combat Aircraft, STM Istanbul-Class Frigate, ROKETSAN Steel Dome Short and Medium Range HİSAR Class, MKE 155 mm Artillery Ammunition, TEI TF6000 & TF10000 Engines, and the BAYKAR KIZILELMA. In Part 4, we continue this journey with two more pride of our domestic and national defense industry: the BMC ALTAY tank and HAVELSAN ADVENT the brain of our combat systems. Presented firsthand by industry experts, these projects will offer our young talents another day full of invaluable knowledge and experience.
