Focus group discussions have been conducted at our university to plan training aimed at developing the skills and competencies our students will need as they transition into the workforce. Through this discussions, we at KAPUM support our graduates in their job search processes. During the focus group discussions, prospective graduates requested training on various topics, including resume preparation and interview techniques, time management, entrepreneurship and innovation, persuasion and influencing skills, memory and note-taking techniques, concentration skills, diction, body language, and more.

As KAPUM, planning is ongoing to provide the required training through either in person or online methods. Additionally, we are conducting a survey to gather information on the expectations and needs of our students and alumni.
