The first event of the "Career Meetings in Education" series, organized by Gazi University's Faculty of Education and the Career Planning Application and Research Center (KAPUM), took place on April 14, 2022, at 21:00. The event was held in the Turkish Education Department of Gazi University's Faculty of Education.

Titled "Our Successful Graduates Meet with Teacher Candidates," the event featured our alumni who achieved top ranks in the KPSS (Public Personnel Selection Examination) and provided an opportunity for them to meet with students who are candidates to be teachers in future. The speakers included Soner BORAN, the 2017 KPSS Turkish Language Teaching First Place Winner, Fatma YAVAŞ, the 2020 KPSS Turkish Language Teaching Second Place Winner, and Halil KOKKOKOĞLU, the 2017 KPSS Turkish Language Teaching Third Place Winner. 

The event was moderated by Research Assistant Gamze DELİOĞLU, with opening speeches delivered by Prof. Dr. Demet SOMUNCUOĞLU ÖZERBAŞ, Director of the Career Planning Application and Research Center (KAPUM), and Prof. Dr. İhsan KALENDEROĞLU, Head of the Turkish Education Department at the Gazi Faculty of Education.

Our distinguished graduates, who are sources of pride for our university and the Gazi Faculty of Education due to their nationwide successes, shared their preparation strategies for the KPSS and offered valuable insights and experiences to our students who are canidates to be teachers. Following their presentations, the successful alumni also answered questions from the prospective teachers. We wish success to all students preparing for the KPSS and look forward to their exceptional achievements.
