The seminar on ‘Body Language and Career’ organised by Gazi University Career Planning Application and Research Centre (KAPUM) was held on Friday, 28 February 2025, at the Technology Faculty Tashkent Building Conference Hall with great participation.

The seminar speaker, Associate Professor Dr Hüseyin Göçmenler, emphasised the role of body language in effective communication and explained how gestures, facial expressions and tone of voice can be advantageous. He explained to participants the effects of body language in many areas, from job interviews to public speaking and building trust in professional relationships, using interactive examples. At the end of the seminar, KAPUM Deputy Director Gökçe Türkmen presented Associate Professor Hüseyin Göçmenler with a certificate of appreciation and a Gazi University alumni card. After asking their questions, participants stated that the seminar had been very useful for them and expressed their hope that a more comprehensive training programme would be organised.
