The "Human Resources Career Congress and Fair," organized by the Karadeniz Technical University (KTU) Career Development Application and Research Center, commenced with an opening ceremony held at the KTU Osman Turan Cultural and Congress Center on November 5–7, 2025. Representing the Gazi University Career Planning Application and Research Center, our academic staff member Lecturer Dr. Aylin Karakuş, Vice Director of the Center Lecturer Dr. Yusuf Ziya Aktaş, and Center Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yusuf Günaydın attended the event.
On the first day of the congress, panel sessions were held on the themes of "Transformation in HR and Future HR Trends," "University-Industry Collaboration in Career Management," and "Entrepreneurship and Innovation." During the event, Lecturer Dr. Aylin Karakuş presented her paper titled "Career Development of University Graduates and Expectations of Institutional Support." Lecturer Dr. Yusuf Ziya Aktaş presented his paper titled "An Investigation of Academic Staff Opinions Regarding Career Planning Processes in Higher Education." Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yusuf Günaydın contributed to the congress with his presentation titled "Graduate Career Tracking from the Perspective of the Gazi University Career Center." Throughout the program, students and participants gained valuable insights into current topics such as the impact of digital transformation on human resources processes, AIdriven recruitment methods, sustainable human management, and future leadership models. Additionally, opportunities for collaboration and exchange of ideas among university career centers were evaluated within the scope of the event.
