An informative training session titled "How to Write a UNIDES Project?" was organized by the Gazi University Career Planning Application and Research Center (KAPUM) in collaboration with the General Directorate of Youth Services of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The training, delivered by Youth Leader Özlem Tepe, took place on December 10 at the Career Center Seminar Hall with high student participation. During the event, project preparation processes, application steps, and project writing techniques within the scope of the University Student Communities Collaboration and Support Program (ÜNİDES) were comprehensively addressed.
In the first part of the training, Özlem Tepe provided basic information on the objectives, scope of support, and application procedures of the ÜNİDES program. Subsequently, students were informed through sample applications on filling out the application form, correctly preparing budget items, stakeholder management, and visibility rules.
Throughout the session, participants had the opportunity to ask questions regarding the preparation of project dossiers, critical points to consider, and evaluation criteria. At the end of the program, students expressed that they felt equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to create higherquality projects for their respective communities.
It was stated that the Gazi University Career Planning Application and Research Center (KAPUM) will continue to organize various events to ensure that university student communities effectively benefit from and contribute to the Ministry of Youth and Sports support programs and project writing processes. We would like to express our gratitude to Youth Leader Özlem Tepe.
