The promotional event for the "Talent Acquisition and Professional Development Project," organized in collaboration with the Gazi University Career Planning Application and Research Center (KAPUM) and Emlak Konut REIT, took place on Thursday, December 11, at the Faculty of Technology Taşkent Conference Hall.

During the program conducted by experts from Emlak Konut REIT, project details aimed at supporting young people's preparation for corporate life were shared with the students. Comprehensive insights were provided on competency development, career planning, industry expectations, qualifications sought by employers, as well as internship and employment opportunities.

Within the scope of the presentation, tools and practical methods designed to help students position themselves more strongly in the business world were also addressed. Detailed explanations were given regarding the training modules, development workshops, and mentoring opportunities offered by the project. Additionally, students were enabled to quickly apply for the program via a QR code provided during the event.

Throughout the session, students had the opportunity to interact one-on-one with the experts and ask their questions. Participants expressed their satisfaction, noting that the program would make significant contributions to their career journeys.
