A meeting was held on February 11, 2026, in the seminar room of the Career Planning Application and Research Center with students working at our department through the collaboration with İŞKUR and our university's part-time student employment program.

During the meeting, the work schedule and implementation principles for the 2026 spring semester were discussed, and our students' duties and scope of responsibilities were shared in detail. To ensure that internal operations run more systematically and efficiently, work distributions were reviewed and task assignments were made in line with the students' interests and competencies. Furthermore, emphasis was placed on institutional representation awareness, work discipline, communication processes, and the importance of teamwork.

Within the scope of the meeting, information was provided regarding work rules, attendance policies, reporting procedures, and internal coordination mechanisms. The meeting continued interactively as questions from the students were answered. It was highlighted that our students are not merely individuals providing administrative support, but are part of a learning process that supports their own career development.

The meeting clarified expectations for the spring semester and concluded with hopes for a wellplanned, efficient working period marked by a high sense of responsibility.
